The IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) Young Professional of the Year Award is to recognize one Young Professional (YP) member of the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society for significant service to AP Society during the one-year term as IEEE AP-S Young Ambassador.

This year AP-S is pleased to announce Dr. Gangil Byun of Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), South Korea as the 2023 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society Young Professional of the Year Awardee!!

Our Ph.D. students have an exciting defense on Dec 14, 2023.

Ms. Thi Hai-Yen Nguyen has finished her thesis defense beyond the committee, and become our very first finished Ph.D. student. You sure deserve what you have after all the hard work you put in. Congratulations to Ms. Thi Hai-Yen Nguyen on this remarkable accomplishment.

Besides, two of our Ph.D. students, Jin Myeong Heo and Thi Duyen Nguyen have also successfully finished their Research Proposals to be ready for the next steps.

Kiju Lee (이기주) and Haneul Kim (김하늘) are undergraduate students in Electrical Engineering, Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST). They are currently participating in the internship program.

Jihwan Im (임지환) is an undergraduate student from Kyungpook National University. He is currently participating in the U-WURF program.
